You aren’t giving us much information so I’m going to take a guess. Since Finale 2014 cannot be installed in the current Mac OS nor the last two, you need to upgrade. Right?

After logging into your MakeMusic (FinaleMusic) User account, you should see a button that lets you purchase an upgrade to 26. If you have problems, use the Submit a request link at the top of this page to contact MakeMusic Sales directly and they will help you.
