Hi,

First excuse my bad english..

My PC is now a windows 10 64 bits. While reinstalling my Finale software (2011 version) it semmed that it couldn't work with W10. So I bought the Finale 26 upgrade. It is nom impossible to register, because the serial number I got from Finale 2011 is not recognized. It (makemusic) says that the serial number is alreadu attached to an email adress. Of course, mine ! Since I have bought Finale 2011, I got several new PCs (windows 7) and everything was fine. Why doesn't it work with the same PC and W10...? Is it possible to reactivate my serial number for Finale 2011 so that I can enter my verification code for Finale 26 ? Can someone help me ?

If you cannot reach your account on the FinaleMusic website, you should try to "Submit a request"at the top of this page to contact them.

Thank you for your answer.
I’ ve already sent a request, but it seems that I have to wait more than a week to be answered. Fortunately I don’t need to work on Finale right now...!

You should be able to use it unregistered for 30 days. Then, you will lose the ability to print or save work.
