Operating System: Windows 10 Finale Version 26

I followed the directions for HyperScribe. The first try the notes recoded but all the notes and chords recorded bit remained in the first measure. When I clicked to stop recording, all the notes and chords jumped to the desired measures however I was using the Sustain Pedal and  the Sustain Pedal was redorded as rests. I my attempt to correct this I have messed up HyperScribe settings and now when i start the Click and Countoff the box iappears over the the staffs bot no sound and notes don't start recording. As you can see I need HELP!
