macOS Catalina 10.15.6

Finale 26.3.1.643

Yesterday I had no problem creating a harp pedal diagram using TG Tools > Parts > Pedal Diagram.

Unfortunately, today I realized that I needed to make a change; but entering the note names with (altered) accidentals and naturals the diagram wasn't correct.

I also spent a lot of time trying to create them using expression meta tools and engraver text character set per Finale's instructions, but with no luck.

Rather than edit, were you able to start from scratch and create a new one?

 

Can you be more specific than “no luck?”

To create or edit the diagrams as expression, all you need to know is what keystrokes apply to what part of the harp diagram. You can find the Engraver fonts in Finale's Help file.  You should find the section on harp pedaling. The corresponding characters are found in the Engraver TextT, Engraver Text H & Engraver Text NCS fonts.
