I have been working with Finale since 1993.
I was very happy listening to the sound quality of some of the instruments at the beginning of Garritan.
With the new updates, I was FINALLY hoping to hear a REAL classical guitar sound, instead of that HORRIBLE acoustic guitar sound.
Some friends have sent me their guitar compositions with a nice classical guitar sound.
Why is Garritan unable to give us a nice sound?

Just reading your post. I totally agree. I too have been using Finale since 1990 and it's the SAME horrible sound since then! Did you ever get an answer to your question or a source of a better classical guitar sound?

The viola part disappeared from the score. How it happened I do not know, the probability of some kind of accident. I added to Score Management
viola stave, but this stave is absolutely empty. How to return the lost musical staff with its musical ability?

И второй вопрос, он заключается в плохом звучании классической гитары, попробовал варианты Гарритан и GPO 5. Не помогло. Не помогло и использование Миди - Модуляция и  Тембр. Чуть смягчило звучание, но прежней красоты не получил.  

And the second question, it is the bad sound of the classical guitar, I tried the Garritan and 
GPO 5 variants. It did not help. The use of Midi - Modulation and
 Timbre did not help either. Slightly softened the sound, but did not get the former beauty.

It sounds like you've been using Finale for a long time and have been disappointed with the quality of classical guitar sounds in Garritan instruments. It can be frustrating when software updates don't meet our expectations, especially when we're looking forward to improvements in sound quality.
