I purchased Finale a few months ago. Now, I'm locked out of functionality because it says my 'trial' is over even though i paid for it. It's requiring a new authorization, but then will not let me authorize because I've 'used' the maximum devices.

Finale has been unworkable for a week now. Please help if you know what to do. I did submit a support ticket, but it will be over a week to get back to me due to covid-19??? I cannot believe this.  Thanks!

Can you log on to your account at finalemusic.com? If you go to My Software, you should be able to handle the authorizations there. You’re allowed two authorizations. Maybe you have to deauthorize from an older machine?

 

Otherwise, I’m afraid you’re stuck, unless one of the staffers reads this post.
