I purchased Finale a few months ago. Now, I'm locked out of functionality because it says my 'trial' is over even though i paid for it. It's requiring a new authorization, but then will not let me authorize because I've 'used' the maximum devices.
Finale has been unworkable for a week now. Please help if you know what to do. I did submit a support ticket, but it will be over a week to get back to me due to covid-19??? I cannot believe this. Thanks!
