Yesterday playback worked beautifully but today there is no sound.  I see the cursor crossing the notes but no sound comes out. I have checked that the output is set to built-in speakers. I can hear everything else on Zoom, Youtube, HULU etc. just not the playback on Finale. I believe that I have accidentally turned it off somehow.  Can someone please tell me how to turn it back on?  I have spent hours reading the manual and searching youtube but can find nothing addressing this problem.  I really do believe there is a simple fix. It's OIQU - Operator I. Q. Underflow but customer service says it will be at least a week before they can respond. If you can  - PLEASE HELP!  I have  a Macbook Pro 10.15.7 and Finale 26.3.1.
