Windows 10 Running Finale V26.3 through my studio's interface (Focusrite Sapphire Pro 40).  When I run the audio test I do hear the test playback through headphones connected to Pro 40 but score will not playback (cursor does move showing that the program is actually trying to playback.)  When I go to the tutorials for midi setup/audio setup, the audio from the tutorial plays fine so the system connectivity is OK, I'm missing some setting somewhere.  Help?

If you can post a screen shot of your Score Manager settings, that would help.

 

Otherwise, I would suggest using the setup wizard to create a blank file with your specific instrumentation. Then copy and paste your file into this blank document. The setup wizard should configure everything to play automatically.

Tried the cut and paste thing but still no good.  I'll screw with it some more. I'm missing something!

Try to reassign playback sounds (under Midi/audio > reassign playback sounds). Additionally, make sure in the ScoreManager that no one instrument is marked as "Solo".
