Cannot work with the Edit Page Offset in Finale 27

Are you a new Finale user?
Have you previously used Edit Page Offset in an earlier Finale version?
The text block with the Page Number must be selected, i. e.
switch to the Text Tool, and drag-select the handle on the text block with Page Number.
When the text block is selected, the command Edit Page Offset should become active.
