Dear Tech support,
I have recently upgraded to the latest Finale update. One issue I'm having is when putting in a. choral part or accompaniment and there's a chord I need to place. I would like to do this with the Speedy Entry Tool. I place a C then a third up a E. Instead of the E going above the C the E moves to the right of the C. I was able to do this in previous versions and don't understand what's the issue.

I use Simple Entry. But I went through all of the Speedy menus I could find, and saw nothing about adding intervals, except to move the caret above the existing note and click it in. Are you using a MIDI keyboard? If you are, I think you have to hold the chord down, while you enter the duration. (If I’m completely wrong about this, my apologies. Like I said, I use Simple.)
