Just to clarify (im not native english speaking)  :-)
You can move measure from page to page using arrow on the keyboard?

As you alluded to in your original post,  the up-arrow/down-arrow commands move measures to the former or next system, not to the next page, unless each page shows only a single system.

You have chosen the measure with the Selection Tool rather than simply being in the measure via another tool, I expect.

I admit, I am stumped why what you are doing is not working as you expect.

On my Windows machine Finale 27 is almost the same and works the same as Finale 26.3 and earlier versions. I would have said "exactly' the same except the icons are a bit different and a few minor tools. It (27) works well. I don't have any big issues now. I did at the first, for instance, it didn't want to install Garritan as you would expect. But MM tech sorted it for me quickly. Perfect Layout upgraded PL to the smufl fonts and I have Noteperformer 3 running too. All is well.

I am sure you just got some little something out of wack because the arrow keys should work. Sorry I can't help on your Mac.

Bo just a thought came to me. You are in the selection tool when you try to move a measure with the arrow? The keyboard assignment changes with different tools are selected.

Try this: open a new default doc. Click in the last measure to select it. Hit the down arrow. Did the last measure jump to the next page? It worked for me.
