System 7 has a page break attached to it. In the Page Layout tool, select it and use the menu command "Delete Page Break".

You have a page break on page 2. Go to Page Layout > select system 7 > Page Layout Menu > Delete Page Break. Then you can adjust the systems in various ways. For instance > Page Layout Menu > Space Systems Evenly (you'll have to adjust the margin of system 7), or adjust all the system margins or distances between systems to something that works for you.

You need to adjust your settings with the page layout tool. I would select systems 2 thru 8 and make the distance between systems smaller.
