Im on an HP laptop and I have finale 26. Im composing a piece for flute, clarinet, and piano but im having some issues with the flute and clarinet sound. Their volume starts to drop off a few measures before the line ive written for them ends. The piano line is fine and it continues on with no issues, but the flute and the clarinet seem to be acting as if they have a diminuendo when in fact they dont. Is something screwy with my audio settings?

My first thought is that the culprit is an expression that lowers the volume.
Look for expressions in flute and clarinet. Try clearing them (on a backup copy of the Finale document).
You can also try
Edit menu > Clear Selected Items…
Next possibility is that the culprit is in the document’s MIDI data.
Use
Edit menu > Clear Selected Items…
to clear the MIDI data (on a backup copy).
