How can I add a rest below or above a note or chord?  I need another chord in a measure, but because Finale thinks the 3/4 time time signature has used up the 3 crotchet beats, it won't let me add another chord, simply because of the rest problem.  I could send the example I have already in a jpeg, but no facility for this here.
