I have Windows 10 Home, and recently purchased a new Finale version on Dec. 4, the last day to upgrade; I believe that was Finale 27. When I play back pieces written on previous versions of Finale (though I haven't tried them all), the playback seems to be accurate. However, my newest score starts at the correct tempo (quarter note = 52), then ritards as it should (though I still need to tweak the ritard). Following the ritard, however, I had set the new tempo to a quarter note = 68, but that tempo plays back at a SLOWER tempo than my Quarter note = 52. This never happened to me with the previous versions. How can I fix this? Thank you!
