I have Finale 2014.5 on windows on an old PC.  I transferred it to my Windows 10, 2020, Dell Laptop and everything is so small I can't read it or use it.  Can it be enlarged?  Otherwise, I can't use it anymore.

You may be able to adjust the resolution of your screen. See your Windows help files.
