Finale 25.5, Windows 10, Garritan jazz big band 2

Trumpet wo't switch to mute. 

I put in "to harmon" in expressions.  It won't switch to mute in Garritan for some reason.  It's a keyswitch trumpet; I've got it set to human playback, but it still won't happen.  Other instruments are switching over, for example alto changing to soprano sax and back again.

Any ideas?  Thanks!

When I tested this with Standard HP, all the mutes (even con sord.) have an effect (mostly volume) on the sound of the Tpt 1 KS from the JABB3 collection. Muting also worked (differently, affecting timbre as well as volume) on the Orch Tpt Player from GIfF, except for Cup Mute.

 

Not sure how JABB2 works.

You can use the Submit a request link at the top of the page to contact MakeMusic Support. They should be able to answer whether this is an issue that requires you to update to JABB3.
