When I had to switch from mac to windows, I found that finale was very fuzzy and jagged around the edges of the notes, and it ran very slowly. My monitor is 1920*1080 and the system scaling is 100%, how can I fix it or is there an anti-aliasing option for finale itself, my eyes are getting blurry, thanks!aliasing

We need to know what versions of Finale and Windows. Likewise, we need to know about your monitor. There are display resolution issues with Windows and high resolution monitors, especially with Finale 25.

Not to make you feel bad, but I am running Finale 27 on a 42" 4K monitor at 3840x2160 (my monitor's recommended setting) with page size set to 100% and everything is very clear.

Since I do not see a lot of options in Finale for setting resolution, I suspect investigating your monitor and Windows display settings will be the place to look to improve your resolution.

You did read the minimum spec requirements for running Finale and your system meets or exceeds them. Right?  I am running a plain Jane off the shelf Dell I7 (5+ years old now) with a plain Jane off the shelf 32" LG monitor. All using recommended settings, no changes. Finale 27.2 runs very well and is very sharp.  I leave it running for days at a time. No issues. Although you can buy high dollar gear, it is not necessary as my system proves.

You need to check out settings on your system and should probably go back to square zero. Start over.

Thanks for clarifying. Frankly, I was expecting Finale 25 on a high resolution monitor but you are running neither.

1920 x 1080 is the old FHD spec — and I do mean old.

You don't say how it's connected: RGB, DVI, HDMI, other? As I mentioned earlier, this can be important. If your PC is so old it only supports RGB, you have some upgrading to do (I've given away all my FHD monitors but all supported RGB).

I don't know how to tweak 27 for Windows to look best on one of these monitors. Someone should. You should also use the Submit a request link at the top of the page and ask MakeMusic Support for suggestions.

A modern 2k or 4k monitor should look much better than the best FHD if your Win machine supports that. If your current monitor runs hot to the touch, a new replacement will pay for itself in energy savings — I'm serious about that.
