Ronald, that works…and is similar to my current workaround. However, it would be nice if within the category I could make it not show up in the score, either.

Is it possible to create an expression that will auto-number (like the rehearsal letters start with A, then B, etc.) for something like keyboard patch changes? That would be a nice shortcut.

This isn’t exactly what I had in mind. I don’t want it to show up on every part…and I can’t make a score list for each individual part. Things like VS will be in different measures in each part.

Can libraries like JABB or GPO be automatically detected and added to Finale? It's a little odd that they don't play more nicely together!
