I have finale 14.5. When I download individual notes from a Yamaha P115 keyboard with a USB connection the notes are printed as chords.

I have Windows 10.I do not think the computer is recognizing the keyboard. I can not find the finder icon or the finder program toolbar. I don't see how to set Midi system to coreMidi.

A further comment about the above midi connection. I have a 3 meter USB cable and my problem is what settings to enter on both the keyboard and the Finale program.

I have the same keyboard as Brian but a PC computer. In Finale, in midi setup, it does not recognize the Yamaha keyboard.
