Sorry, my mistake. I did figure a way around this problem (Finale 2014.5, Mac High Sierra), by editing the page layout. Weird that this formatting issue didn't effect the first violin part.

Sorry, I should have been clearer. The "scale" is: D#, E, G, G#, A#, B, D nat., C# So, accidentals are unavoidable in every bar, I just want to create a key signature that minimizes them. Thank you!
