The Alteration changes to Broadway Copyist, but the suffix still looks like Times New Roman

I had a thought that maybe I should be using the "music symbols" font but that doesn't seem to work either: Symbol: Jazz Text 24pt Suffix: Jazz Cord 18pt Alteration: Jazz 18pt any other suggestions?

Thanks, but the notes sounding are not keyswitch notes. Eb3 would never be used for a keyswitch(maybe a set of really low basses?) :-). I'm entering the notes with Speedy Entry and Copy/Paste, I...

It appears to happen when I add a Glissando Smart Shape and copy it to another staff, or transpose the notes. Removing the Glissando Smart Shape removes the errant note.
