Figured it out. In the Lyric window I specified Chorus for the second stave lyrics. Thanks for your help.

No expressions in the last bar of the repeat. I tried to Clear Selected Items - MIDI data - no change. Haven't tried the export to XML yet. Thanks everyone for trying.
