How did you enter the lyrics in the second staff? Did you attach them to the notes in that layer? Did you change the verse number?

In any case, double-clicking on on of those lyrics should automatically put you in the correct verse to edit.

Thanks for the attempt.  Unfortunately, I did the original 5 years ago and do not recall how I did it.  Double clicking doesn't get me access to the existing text.  I even tried copying the song and deleting the first stave.  Then I tried to access the lyrics in the remaining stave and it would not let me.  I'm wondering if it is tied to the title; the original was [staff 1] and the remaining one was [staff 3]. Couldn't figure out how to change that.  Also tried reordering the staves in the original and that did not work either.

Figured it out.  In the Lyric window I specified Chorus for the second stave lyrics.  Thanks for your help.
