I play trumpet in big bands and do transcriptions of big band recordings. Retired from Berklee Faculty. Too old to play well anymore but have played in name bands in the past. I strive for perfection in scoring but Finale can't deliver that in playback. I use a MacBook Pro, system 10.12.6 and Finale 2014.5. I have 25.4 and have started using it since 2014.5 is corrupted. I used Garritan Jazz & BigBand in the past but can't since upgrading. Garritan Instruments for Finale sucks. I Use MIDI.
