I was having similar problems until I added the Garritan apps to the All Files access list.

Solution: add cfx_Grand and Aria applications to all file access list

Installation fails with an error on each file verification. I have no patience for keeping hitting 'OK' and moving to the following error code; I prefer to force stop Mini Mac.
