Not sure why it’s happening, but right click in the handle of the greyed-out chords, and either check Show or uncheck Hide. (I don’t remember offhand which it is.)

What are you having a problem with? How are you entering the notes? Set your definition to 3 sixteenths in the space of 2 sixteenths.

The problem with using the spacebar is that it won't incorporate any HP features. Use the controls in the playback window, instead.

Would this work? Normally, BHS/SAI charts are done with tenor and bari in layer one (black) and lead/bass in layer two (red.)
