I have the same keyboard as Mike H, and it's great. The only problem is how quickly it gets dirty. I've already trashed one, trying to clean it. The numberpad is a must. Any cleaning tips welcome!

Keep in mind that Finale is primarily a notation and playback tool. It’s not really designed to noodle around looking for that perfect note. As Jeff said, the tutorials is the place to start.

Try exporting it as XML, and importing it again. That sometimes helps.
