Try exporting the score as XML, and re-importing it. Try clearing MIDI data. Try contacting Tech Support.

Glad I could help. You might also want to look at the JW Instrument Change plugin, for labeling the change.

Have you tried the Change Instrument utility?

What method are you using to change the instrument? Is there a key change in the score, when the instrument changes? Do you have "display in concert pitch" deselected?
