TG Tools for Mac have never included this, AFAIK. I don't know of a way to import shortcuts. The easy way to create them on a Mac is in the Keyboard control panel > Shortcuts > App shortcuts.

Finale’s chord analysis is always suspect, due to variations in schools, locations, etc. If you want a particular chord, you’re best off entering it yourself.
What are your Finale version and computer OS? Have you restarted the computer?
