Have you tried applying music spacing to the measures in question?
Go to Score Manager, click on the piano line, click on Abbreviated Staff Name, and delete it.
You might try resetting the preferences.

Have you tried going to the Score Manager and deleting it, there?
You might be able to reinsert the score as a text insert. You could certainly copy it into a new document.
I'm not sure that F2012 is supported on Windows 10. Have you considered upgrading?
