I found this. It looks like a numerical solfege. I don't think there is a way to convert the notes to numbers. But there might be a way to use the numeric font for figured bass, to make it happen.

Are you changing the ending number of region 1? I have made that mistake myself, on occasion.
But you still need to have an IPA font installed on your computer.
