FWIW, standard midi parameter CC #64 is the sustain pedal. Values from 0-63 are pedal down, 64-127 are pedal up.

I don't know how Sibelius handles keyswitches or which version should be loaded for that to happen. You might want to ask that on a SIbelius forum.

The keyswitches are located in different octaves. Finale's Human playback works with the keyswitches in the notation version. If you load the standard version, keyswitches won't work.
