It's telling you to reinstall Finale. It doesn't hurt anything to do so. Download from your MM User account and re-run the installer.

Good that you have a solution. If you do need to use MusicXML, have everybody download the latest Dolet plugin. This updates Finale 2009–2014.5 to MusicXML 3.1 and makes everybody's lives easier....

Did you try reinstalling them? You’ll likely have to do a Time Machine Restore if you can’t reload the plugins.
