If you have not tried the "Submit a request" at the top of this page to connect directly with MakeMusic reps, you should try that. Have your Finale serial number when you do.
If you are on a Mac, it is possible to load Finale v25 but still only have access to the Finale 2014 shortcut. You may have to delete 2014 in order to see the shortcut to Finale 25.
