Yes this is getting ridiculous. I've been a finale user from almost the beginning. early 90's. Sad to say but I've got to move on.
Some possible corruption in the program. I uninstalled and re-installed and now music XML export works fine. Thanks to all.

Try to reduce the buffer on your sound card/sound output device.
no fall-off's or other articulations. the score is in concert pitch. I've had this issue before in version25. Don't know what the fix was. It just started working.
