Here is today's update: I waited a really long time the installation screen finally popped up! But then a widow appeared saying that my computer doesn't support the file. So I think I'm out of luck...

Hi Jadrian, The software I bought is 2014.5 Edition of Finale. If I got the 25 version would I still have the same problems?  Thanks! Rachel

Hi Daz, I've tried both- clicking once and twice. I also check Autoplay and made sure it was not disabled. There is a CD and DVD setting so I would think it would take the disk software. When I too...
