Hello I just bought Finale 25 but it doesn't launch and says on startup " Unresponsive during engine initialization".
How to make it work please ? I'm on a MacBook Pro. Thanks.

What version of the Mac operating system are you using? Also, have you tried the steps in this knowledge base article yet?
