hello
i have a problem whit the print finale, at initiation of program, open a window whit a mesage like this: have a problem to load sound engine.
what it this?
i can not start play back controls.
can you heip me please?
my operating system is windows 7 ande software version is print music 2014

It sounds like your audio engine is failing to load. I would start by trying the steps in this knowledge base article: Audio engine failed to load/Hanging on startup (Windows).

Either an unintended Rewire connection or certain other programs running in the background (Dorico can be one) can take exclusive control of the audio engine and make it (temporarily) unavailable to Finale.
