Indeed it is possible.

You will have to use some Music OCR software, to make the transfer from optical scan to music data (MusicXML).

Try e. g. Sharpeye or SmartScore.

And I would also suggest backing up your files, so this won’t happen again.

If you have a version of full Finale 2014, you can use that to scan in the music even if you then edit it in Finale 25.

In Finale 2014 - use the SmartScore scanning interface (File > Import > SmartScore Lite Scan)

And don't expect a perfect result. You won't get one!

If Windows, that's how you do it. Mac users need to scan using Image Capture.app and import from there.
