On finale 2012 - It's adding ties when I cut and paste - dotted eighth becomes eighth tied to a sixteenth note - anyone know how to fix this?
Take a look at Quantization Settings > More Quantization Settings Try selecting the two options for allowing dotted rests. Yes, I know! It sounds crazy that options for rests should affect notes. Just “one of those things…”.
