I have the concert and marching band sounds and they are not showing up on finale 25.  The garritan sounds that finale comes with are not showing up either. The aria player is not showing up as well.

I have followed the instructions several times, uninstalled, installed, restarted, and still no sounds.  I can see the sounds on the sound map priority option, but not on the banks and effects or the score manager.  I only see the soft synth option on the score manager.

This is the most frustrating part of Finale installations. I would appreciate any help

Did you just install/upgrade Finale? 25.2 occasionally had problems with the Audio engine, but these appear to have been fixed on 25.3.

Presumably you know about the support files for Garritan packages: https://makemusic.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/217663758-Setting-up-Garritan-libraries-with-Finale-and-PrintMusic 

but if you cannot even see the GIfF instruemtns, there is likely more going on.

 

Of course you can use the "Submit a request" link above to contact MM directly. It is what I did when I was having problems with the audio engine in 25.2, and MM was very responsive.

Did you run both installers?

If you ran one, then closed the window, you did not install Aria/Garritan.
