Use the Submit a Request link at the top of the page. That sounds like something that customer service has to handle.

I did that and it led me here.  There are no customer service representatives to talk to.

You should be able to enter your serial number and leave a comment even if they suggest links to possible solutions. No one will talk to you at that link: you need to describe your problem.
