I am working with a score that has 8 staves for 4 pianos. How do I change the time signature on one or more of the staves only for certain measures without changing the entire score?
To change the time signature for certain measures only, select those measures before using the Time Signature Tool.
In the dialog box Time Signature you will see that Finale has set the range you selected.
To change the time signature for certain staves only, go to the Staff Attributes, and in the pane Independent Elements, select Time Signatures for those staves.
