To get this particular layout you need a special trick:

Let the first measure have a “real” time signature of 1/16 + 4/4, displaying as 4/4.

Begin the music with a 16th rest in each staff, and add the clef change after the 16th rest.

Hide the 16th rests.

Thanks Peter.
Does it affect the playback, will it sound like there is a 16th rest before notes?
How do the finale need trick while other software don't need.

Other software? Dorico won't do what you want either.

Hi J Adrian

Try overture 5 . I know it's downgrading option but it can do easily.

Michael Wu,

Indeed it affects playback.

However, a 16th rest is a short rest, hardly audible.

If a 16th rest is too audible, try with a shorter rest, like e. g. a 32nd rest, or a 64th rest.

That is a fun problem to solve. I probably would use Peter's suggestion, but I was able to get all but the first 1/8th note to use the Bass clef by adding a mid-measure Bass Clef and then setting the Distance from Beginning of Measure to be 1 EDU (setting to 0 EDUs will make it the starting clef) with a Horizontal Offset of -48 evpus.
