Recently, for some reason, my midi keyboard doesn't make any sound when connected to finale as before .  I sill can use it to enter notes using speedy entry.  Any reason why this is happening?

Always try the simple things, first: restart the computer.

 

Make sure that you have Play Thru MIDI selected, and that the volume is up.

It used to work with Play Thru Audio Units and Midi, now it's not.

Check your audio settings. Is the volume turned up? What device is the audio output set to?

Yes, volume is up and audio output is set to Internal Speakers. Is there something wrong with my midi setup configuration? By the way, the keyboard sounds fine when connected to Logic Pro. Something is not right with finale connection.
