Moving a measure problem

I was able to move a measure... now I can not.

Is there a new bug with this?

I have reinstalled Finale from scratch. What am I missing? I get no response from the make music people.

Have you tried pressing CTRL+UP ARROW?

Also, the 'fit measures' quit working also..

I have reloaded Finale,

Tried loading in old scores.

Using the pull down commands does not work either.

Reloading the program will most likely not help. When something suddenly stops working, the first suggestion is to restart the computer. The second is to trash the preferences.

I am using 2014.5 and had the same problem with measures not moving, no matter what method I tried. I couldn't find a reset for preferences. I went to Edit/Preferences, and changed some options and clicked Apply, then changed the options back and clicked Apply, then Save. The problem was resolved and measures moved the way they should.
