Hello. I am using 2014.5 on a Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6. I am trying to scan in music, but the program keeps telling me that I don't have a scanner installed. My scanner is working fine for other applications. Any Ideas? Many thanks. Annie
Scanning hasn’t worked properly within SmartScore (any version ) since OS 10.5 and at all since OS 10.6. Use Image Capture.app, part of the OS, to do the actual scan and import it into SmartScore.
