It seems my playback is froze. I have done everything I know now to do to correct this problem. My playback cursor will not move. I use Finale 2014.5 version - Windows 11.
I would appreciate any help you can give me.

2014.5 is not supported in Windows 11. I do not know if it can be made to work or not. Fortunately there is upgrade path to 27 if it won't.
