All of a sudden, the undo command, CTRL Z, won't work in Finale. Any thoughts?

Preferences - Edit

 

Is the option

Allow Undo

selected or de-selected?

I can't select the "undo/redo" in the "edit". I also can't increase or decrease the playback speed in "playback".
